This session will compel existing and up-and-coming leaders to examine and reflect their individual readiness to serve in a leadership capacity through an open and transparent dialogue meant to strengthen and encourage those responsible for others in ministry. Among areas to be discussed include protocol, conflict, continuity, and spiritual maturity required to take dominion in humility as given to us for leadership.<br /> (Session Format: Lecture/Demonstration)
